Who We Are

Hi and welcome to Best Women’s Workouts!

My name is Erica Parker and I started this website over 6 years ago. At that time there were very few websites dedicated to women’s fitness and equipment designed for the needs of women.

A little bit about me:

I first started doing yoga almost 18 years ago and fell in love with it.

Not only did I find it help strengthen my muscles, I felt better and happier after classes. Wanting to get in even better shape and become even healthier, I decided to join a gym and start working out.

I have since become a certified personal trainer and a yoga instructor. I have now dedicated my life to helping women achieve their personal health goals, guiding them to becoming healthier, stronger, and happier.

Through this website, I hope to empower women all around the world to set and achieve meaningful and achievable fitness goals.

As the site grew I have added staff to help run the website. Everyone shares the same level of commitment to helping others as I do.

Our content writers and product reviewers are all women passionate about fitness, health, and mental well being. They write in the hope that you will come to share their love of women’s workouts and join them on the path toward a healthier lifestyle.

The two biggest health threats to modern women are sedentary behavior and stress. When you are working in an office (or anywhere where you are forced to sit for long periods of time), recent medical research indicates that you are endangering your life. And what woman never gets stressed?

The CDC recommends that adult women dedicate at least 150 minutes per week to moderate exercise. For busy modern women, this can be a challenge. Best Women’s Workout is here to help you find the time and the physical activities that are most suitable for you so that physical exercise will no longer be a chore. Instead, it will become a pleasure.

Scientific studies have proved that regular physical exercise is not only good for your physical health, but it is also good for your mental health. Regular exercise improves your immune system, decreases stress, alleviates anxiety, and can prevent depression.

We hope you enjoy your stay on the Best Women’s Workout website. We appreciate you giving us the gift of your time and hope that you will further bless us with your thoughts and opinions.
